Greg Johnson, MS | Support Center Manager
Greg Johnson joined the KIT team in July 2015 as a contract trainer, became a full time trainer in September 2016, and the Inclusion Support Center Manager in January 2024. As the Inclusion Support Center Manager, Greg is dedicated to supporting and advocating for his team members, guiding his team in implementing inclusion strategies, and ensuring department objectives are met. His background includes roles as a Behavior Program Administrator, life skills program leader, and Child & Youth Services supervisor at JB Lewis-McChord—where he first connected with KIT. He holds a Master’s in Sports Management & Administration, a B.S. in Developmental Psychology, and an A.A. in Physical Education with an emphasis on Adaptive PE.
Kaeli Carew, MA | Support Specialist
Kaeli Carew joined KIT in 2025. With a background in ABA therapy and K–12 education, she has held roles ranging from Behavioral Specialist to Behavioral Health Coordinator and Dean of Culture. Kaeli brings extensive experience supporting students, educators, and communities through restorative practices, behavioral assessments, and inclusive policy development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Laura Jenks, MS | Support Specialist
Laura joined KIT as a contract trainer in 2014 and became a full-time Support Specialist in 2016. She supports organizations through consultations, reports, and follow-ups, and also assists with training and site visits. Laura holds an M.S. in Parks and Recreation Management with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation and Inclusive Networks from UNC Greensboro. Her passion for inclusion is rooted in her background in recreation, and she has worked with diverse populations in community programs, ensuring access and meaningful participation.
Kelly Miller, MA | Support Specialist
Kelly joined KIT in 2022 with experience from public schools and Navy child care programs, where she supported youth as a Special Education Facilitator and Program Assistant. Those roles allowed her to work with a variety of populations in numerous settings, consistently upholding her passion for supporting all youth on their journey toward independent success. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling and is dedicated to creating inclusive environments where every child can thrive.
Kalli Prince, BS | Support Specialist
Kalli joined KIT in 2026 as a Support Specialist. She has experience teaching in a self-contained preschool classroom, supporting students with autism by focusing on communication, social-emotional, and daily living skills. She has also worked as a K–5 behavior support teacher, collaborating with general and special education teachers, as well as school counselors, to ensure every student received the supports they needed to succeed. Kalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. Growing up with an older brother who has an intellectual disability and autism, she developed a lifelong passion for special education and inclusive practices.
Tabatha Russell, MA | Support Specialist
Tabatha joined KIT in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience as a Special Educator. She has supported students in middle and high school settings, including vocational programs, and spent a year in Qatar teaching English as a second language to middle school students with disabilities. Tabatha holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Communications, along with advanced certifications in special education and school leadership.
Sasha Smith | Support Center Assistant
Sasha joined KIT in 2022. With a background in the arts, she knows the power that comes with embracing individuality and self-expression, which is why she feels inclusive practices and supports are vital to childhood experience. After eight years as a professional dancer in NYC, she shifted her focus to mental health advocacy, volunteering with Crisis Text Line and NAMI-NYC. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work.
Audrey Vistro, MA Ed, MA SpEd | Support Specialist
Audrey has been with KIT since 2012, supporting childcare staff in creating inclusive environments where all children can thrive. She brings extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, along with specialized training in ABA, parent coaching, and case management. Audrey has worked across public and private schools, nonprofits, and government agencies. She holds an M.A. in Teaching, an M.A. in Special Education, and an Education Specialist Certificate in Mild to Moderate Disabilities.
